My name is Richard Wang, and I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the linguistics department at UC Santa Cruz. My primary research interest is in phonetics and phonology, especially in the interaction between tone and stress in relation to their effect on prosodic structures, and furthermore, how prosody interacts with morphosyntax.
